MacDermid Printing Solutions granted COMPACT the LUX® Certification for proficiently utilizing the LUX Platemaking Process with technical accuracy. In order to receive the certification, COMPACT demonstrated its use of the LUX technology to produce plates that improved print quality and consistency. COMPACT was among the 20 international certified companies to receive the LUX certification.
By utilizing the LUX Platemaking Process, the laminated polyethylene (PE) film manufacturer prints with smaller printed dots and reduced sensitivity to wear and impression. The printing technology assists COMPACT in offering clients more effective and aesthetic branding by producing clearer, more defined and smoother print design.
The Saudi composite films manufacturer additionally invested in new printing technology, including high definition (HD) plate making. HD flexographic (flexo) provides increased high-quality printing, ensures more consistent printing, and offers vibrant colors by integrating improved digital plates.
