On this occasion, the Corporate Communications Department has launched a campaign entitled “Celebrating Differences” as part of Napco’s Sustainability Program initiatives.
“Celebrating Differences” Campaign
On that day, the Corporate Communications Department invited all Napco National employees across KSA and the rest of its branches in the Gulf to wear folkloric costumes that reflect their heritage. Our employees have positively responded to the campaign by showcasing their rich and diverse cultures. We have witnessed proud ambassadors from the Gulf, Middle-East, Africa and Asia. A true reflection of Napco’s melting pot!
This campaign also aligns to one of Napco National’s core values that is “Family Spirit”. This value supports the principle of considering every employee of Napco’s larger family as a valuable member. This campaign also supports our pledge to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals aimed among others at “Reducing Inequalities” which is an objective that Napco National is committed to at both social and professional levels.
