Partnerships For Goals: In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Napco National Signs an Agreement to support the Employment Vocational Training Program in Collaboration with the Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication and SABIC

As part of its continuous efforts to support Saudi youth and develop the national industrial sector, Napco National signed an agreement to support the vocational training program to support the formation of a new cadre of Saudi youth in cooperation with the Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication and SABIC. Mr. Mohamed Jalal, Retention and Rewards Manager, represented NAPCO during the signing ceremony which was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Eng. Bandar Al Khorayef, his deputy, and the Governor of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Mr. Ahmad Al-Fuhaid, at the headquarters of the Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication in Riyadh this February 2022.

In addition, the Minister also took the opportunity on this occasion to honor NAPCO’s efforts in promoting the national economy and supporting youth, in the presence of Mr. Abdulaziz Alshommari, the Human Resources Manager at Napco Flexible Packaging, which is a division of Napco National.  

Ambitious Partnerships and Promising Industrial Future

This cooperation is one of Napco’s sustainability program initiatives, which has been overseen by Napco Flexible Packaging Division for more than 14 years and has resulted in the training and employment of more than 1,000 young people in cooperation with the Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication and SABIC. Moreover, it falls under the ” NUSANED ” program launched by SABIC to support labor nationalization in the Kingdom and develop the capabilities of the Saudi workforce in cooperation with the private and government sectors.

Mr. Abdulaziz Alshommari, the Human Resources Manager at Napco Flexible Packaging added: “The continuous success of this program for more than 14 years was not a coincidence, but rather a constant determination and strong belief in the importance of forming human cadres capable of advancing the industrial sector, meeting work needs, and keeping pace with the rapid developments and changes in the business world through a number of training and qualification programs designed in cooperation with professional educational institutes and various private and governmental entities with a common vision that aligns with the aspirations and goals of our company.”
