Napco Trading & Distribution (NT&D) Company, a branch of Napco National Company dedicated to providing comprehensive distribution services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), signed a contract in November 2020 to provide merchandising services for Pladis International Company’s (Food Manufacturer Company) brands and products in KSA that includes Godiva Chocolate, McVitie’s Biscuit and Ulker Biscuit in 350 points of sale (POS) across more than 52 cities in KSA.

Merchandising and shelves management is one of the unique services provided by NT&D. This service includes receiving orders, arranging them inside POS warehouses, placing them on shelves according to planograms, arranging products according to their expiry date (FEFO) monthly, and removing damaged and expired products from the display shelves on daily basis. In addition, the company provides its customers with a weekly report through NT&D digital portal including expired and out of stock products. NT&D team is also characterized by their flexibility in work, as they are always ready to serve customers through flexible working hours.
