Based on our belief in ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages, we aim to encourage more people to engage in physical activity. Regular physical activity can protect against serious conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, cancer, mental illness, diabetes, and arthritis. As such, cycling is one of the most effective ways to reduce the risk of health issues associated with a sedentary lifestyle. It is a healthy, low-impact exercise that people of all ages can enjoy, from young children to the elderly. It is also enjoyable, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly.
Cyclones Cycling Club
In 2017, The Premier Cycling Club was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain. They host various rides throughout the week to accommodate participants with varying levels of strength and endurance. They also offer bike sports instruction. It is worth mentioning that no membership fee is imposed, and joining their group is completely free of charge. Its purpose is to promote cycling in the community, and they provide rides in Bahrain and encourage youth participation in sports, resulting in a healthier lifestyle and a healthier population. Safety precautions are also put in place as they ensure riders wear helmets and are always accompanied by a support vehicle. Last but not least, they ride to support humanitarian causes such as breast cancer awareness campaigns and encourage enjoying nature for overall well-being.
