Napco National was selected along with a limited number of other influential companies to attend the introduction of the new UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) 2022–2026 in Saudi Arabia, which was launched with a grand celebration sponsored by Napco National. The celebration was attended by the most prominent figures in the Saudi business community. It brought together public and private sector leaders, philanthropists, prominent civil society actors, and academia representatives, where Napco National was represented by Ms. Hatoon Abdullatif, Napco’s Corporate Communication and Sustainability Manager, who previously served as a VP at the United Nations.
The theme of the event was #TogetherTowardsTheGoals, in an aim by the UN to include more companies in the UN Global Compact to promote the Sustainable Development Goals (The SDGs) & to follow the lead of Napco National in the sustainability pledge. As a lead manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and the holder of the 7th industrial permit in the Kingdom, we have been committed to sustainability and the Saudi 2030 vision in order to further develop the industrial sector in a sustainable way in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
