Napco National Receives an Award at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center Graduation Ceremony in Dammam

The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for Males in Dammam which is affiliated with the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Eastern Province, invited Napco National to the graduation ceremony for the year 1443 AH, 2022 AD.

In this context, Napco National was honored to receive an award by the Director General of the Ministry’s branch, Abdul Rahman Al-Muqbel, for the company’s support to the center and the longstanding partnership between the center and Napco National. The graduation ceremony also included the distribution of certificates and interviews with the graduates and their families were conducted at the event.

This ceremony was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of the Eastern Province, and in the presence his excellency the Director General of the Ministry’s branch, Abdul Rahman Al-Muqbil, and his assistant in the Social Development Sector, Ibtisam Al-Humaizi. On the other hand, Mr. Fahad Al-Sudairi, the company’s Human Resources Manager attended on behalf of Napco National, and Ms. Bashayer Basurrah attended on behalf of the company’s recruitment department whereby she is also responsible for the recruitment of people with special needs at Napco National. It is worth mentioning that the total number of graduates for this year was sixty-three (63), and two (2) of these graduates have been employed by Napco and have started work immediately after graduation. As a result, Napco employed over 50 employees with special needs to date from this center alone.

Napco National is committed to promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and have been continuously contributing to programs that aim to increase the quality of education and reduce inequality through establishing fruitful partnerships with organizations and governmental institutions wherever Napco operates, and one example of that is Napco’s partnership with the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center. In this regard, Napco National has made and will continue to make many societal contributions throughout the Kingdom and under different programs managed by the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Department, which has gained much attention and appreciation from the Ministry of Human Resources and other governmental institutions. 

Last but not least, Napco National reiterates its commitment to follow the 2030 vision plan and to support programs that achieve the various objectives of this vision, including the societal integration of people with disabilities and empowering them with training and employment so that they become active contributors in the community and the Kingdom. As a result of Napco’s strong belief in equality which was translated into actions within the company through the employment and empowerment of people with special needs, Napco National was awarded Mowaamah Silver Certification by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development for its continuous efforts & support.
