Napco National participated in the “Employment and Training Forum 2022” launched by Al Ahsa College of Technology, along with 28 other employers and job providers.

Therefore, Napco participated in the Employment and Training Forum 2022 in order to promote employment opportunities for Saudi locals. The forum was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud Bin Talal Al Saud, Governor of Al-Ahsa, from May 30th till June 1st 2022 in Al Ahsa College of Technology.

During the Forum, Napco human resources personnel met with many new job seekers to discuss open positions and identify a number of potential candidates for job postings in the company. The forum brought together 29 employers and around 16,112 individuals seeking employment. At the end of the third day, 1,421 applications were submitted to Napco National HR team.
