Driven by a community-oriented corporate philosophy, Napco National participated in “Tamkeen Virtual Career fair 2020”, an initiative launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in July 2020, to support social security beneficiaries and to help them become part of the labor market. This initiative is among the top community services where Napco National was involved in this year. It supports empowering the Saudi youth and other related groups in line with Napco National’s commitment towards “diversity and inclusion”.
Tamkeen Virtual Career Fair 2020
Tamkeen is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for Social Security beneficiaries, with the participation of 20 companies and 10,000 applicants. It aims to support social security beneficiaries and provide them with different job opportunities via a governmental platform using various methods such as workshops, direct interviews with applicants, and a database to pave the way for positive communication between applicants and job providers.
Napco National Effective Participation
Based on its strong commitment to “Servant Leadership”, Napco National participated in Tamkeen virtual Career Fair, and dedicated its vast experience and resources to serve the community and empower the youth to align with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. Moreover, Napco National Talent Acquisition team played a positive and proactive role that contributed in having more than 1,300 visitors to NAPCO’s career portal, more than 250 applicants for vacancies at Napco National, and more than 1,000 attendees to the virtual workshop “Communication Skills at Job Interviews” performed by Mrs. Fatima Al Khalaf a Senior Trainer at Napco Learning Institute.
