For the second time Napco National has been accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development as a supportive and comprehensive work environment for persons with disabilities subsequently granting Napco National the “Silver Mowaamah Certification” for 2020. NAPCO believes that complying with Mowaamah’s criteria and requirements will contribute to the success of “Qudratak..Quwatak”; a program designed by Napco National to accommodate persons with special needs to support their integration into the labor market. The program has successfully employed more than 100 employees with special needs across Napco National’s facilities.
Mowaamah Program
Mowaamah is one of many initiatives launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in support of the Kingdom’s strategy for the rights of persons with disabilities which is aimed at providing them with a suitable working environment in accordance to specific criteria and requirements.
