The visit was meticulously organized by the NLI team, led by the Senior Trainer Fatima Al Khalaf, and our consultant Joseph Maatouk. The visit commenced with a captivating introduction and a warm welcome speech, followed by a detailed presentation on Napco National’s vision, mission, values, operations, and products.
The Vice President of the Board of Directors and partner, Mr. Jamal Al Moaibed, delivered an inspiring speech that greatly impressed the visitors and extended an invitation to join him in his office for a gathering where he presented NAPCO’s noteworthy milestones and accomplishments, highlighting the unique Family Spirit value that set Napco National company apart.
Furthermore, the students were enthralled by a motivational speech delivered by Reem Al Quraish, Purchasing Coordinator and the employee of the year 2022, as well as Marwa Alaradi, Compliance Senior Officer, who shared their remarkable journey at Napco National.
To ensure the utmost safety of our visitors, the students also took part in mandatory health and safety training, provided by our dedicated safety team. This training aimed to equip the students for an enriching trip to the NMPPC plant in Dammam. Hadi Succar and Charbel Al Jbeily led the trip, introducing the visitors to the latest manufacturing trends and demonstrating NAPCO’s commitment to delivering superior quality products to our valued customers.
The LNA team extended their sincere appreciation and gratitude to NAPCO National for this extraordinary opportunity, which significantly enhanced the students’ awareness and equipped them with the necessary skills and knowledge for their future jobs.
