On the International Women’s Day, Napco National launched a campaign entitled “With You We Grow…With You We Continue the Journey,” inspired by NAPCO’s theme for 2021 “Growing Together.” The campaign aims at highlighting the female employees’ achievements and their successful career progress at Napco National.
As part of the campaign, the Corporate Communications Department conducted several interviews with female employees who worked at Napco National for more than five years. The interviews stressed on how women could develop their career path, overcome the challenges they may face, and achieve work-life balance. Another initiative raised by Napco Learning Institute was uploading different books on women empowerment, career development and self-advocacy on the electronic library “Bookboon,” in the aim of further expanding the knowledge of Napco National female employees and supporting them to find new ways to achieve their future goals.
Empowering Women on Their Day
Women’s International Day is one of the most important days of the year to promote women’s rights and celebrate their achievements. Napco National believes that the “WID” is a significant opportunity to reiterate its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals aimed at “Reducing Inequalities” and promoting “Gender Equality” by ensuring the continuous growth of its female employees and creating an inclusive work environment for all. Celebrating this day also falls in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 that promotes women’s right to work, and emphasizes on their vital role socially and economically.
