Commitment to Social Responsibility and Values
The goal of Napco’s participation in Tamkeen Job Fair was not only limited to a corporate participation only but is also part of its social responsibility towards community members. Ms. Basha’er Basura, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Napco National, said: “Tamkeen Job Fair is one of the most important job fairs that we aspire to continuously participate in, as it sheds light on distinguished local competencies from various segments of society, and provides us with an opportunity to demonstrate the value of servant leadership that we have always believed in at Napco National.”
Valuable Participation
This valuable participation resulted in more than 1,800 people visiting Napco National’s booth and getting acquainted with the resumes of more than 400 applicants for jobs available within Napco National companies across the Kingdom.
