Sanita Sufra Matwiya Disposable Tableware Brand Named Gulf Product of the Year 2014

After a national consumers’ survey conducted by TNS with 3,600 households in the Gulf, Product of the Year Middle East announced ‘Sanita Sufra Matwiya’ as ‘Product of the Year – Gulf 2014’ in the ‘Disposable Tableware’ category. Regional market researcher, TNS, conducted face-to-face interviews with thousands of families across 6 Gulf Cooperation Council countries to collect and evaluate perceptions of new products launched in the market.

‘Sanita Sufra Matwiya’ features 4-fold technology which offers households a disposable table cover that is “easy to carry”. With its compact shape, the disposable plastic table cover provides “high storage efficiency”. ‘Sanita Sufra Matwiya’ comes in a wide range of colorful designs to meet various consumer needs and different ages. An independent and ethical jury of industry experts screened brand/product entries for the 2014 Gulf Edition of the Product of the Year. The committee examined third-party market research survey results and managed the entire process. The jury consisted of representatives from the American University of Sharjah, Dubai Chamber, French Business Council, Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, and others.[2]
