Therefore, in line with encouraging employment among Saudi citizens and activating the role of the workforce in the kingdom’s progress, Napco took part in Wadaef Job Fair 2016 as a main sponsor. The event was held at Dhahran Expo in Dammam from 9 to 12 October 2016, under the auspices ofEastern Province Governor, Prince Saud Bin Naif Bin Abdulaziz.
During the job fair, Napco human resources’ representatives met with a large number of fresh and senior job seekers to discuss job vacancies and identify a pool of qualified candidates to match with Napco’s human capital needs.
For a better knowledge of the group’s activities and operations, a brief documentary was displayed to showcase Napco’s 60-year fruitful journey in serving the Saudi economy and community, as well as in responding to the clients and consumers’ needs in the region.
Visitors of Napco booth received brochures and leaflets about the company’s profile and career opportunities, along with sampling boxes –manufactured by EASTERNPAK – filled with Napco’s leading consumer promotional disposable products.
In view of the number of booth visitors and CVs collected, Napco’s sponsorship proved to be a real success and an important occasion to foster knowledge exchange and promote job opportunities.
