About Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification

HACCP management system requires suppliers in the food sector to identify potential hazards and put in place precautionary procedures the company can implement to regulate hazards. Companies attaining HACCP certification must keep record of hazardous factors to limit risks and ensure that food products are safe for consumption.

The system analyzes chemical, biological, and physical hazards at all stages, from raw material production through to packaging, distribution and consumption of food products.
