Multipak passes ISO 9001:2008 audit conducted by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), third-party certification body. The certification validates that the company meets international ISO 9001:2008 quality management system standards for the development and manufacturing of paper-based products including ice cream cone sleeves, hot and cold paper cups, and paper sheets.
The ISO 9001:2008 audit assessment included a meticulous evaluation process, evaluating the effectiveness of the manufacturer’s quality management system from design to customer satisfaction.
The implemented management system determined that the system was well established and met the standard requirements. There was a clearly visible drive and enthusiasm to continuously improve the effectiveness of the system at all levels of the organization, according to the audit report.
