RECOM successfully received a “Plastics Recycling” permit from the National Center for Waste Management

The National Center for Waste Management (MWAN) has been established in Saudi Arabia in order to organize and supervise waste management efforts, promote more investment in them, and improve their quality based on the principle of circular economy in waste management to achieve sustainable development goals.

In light of RECOM’s efforts and commitment to promoting a circular economy and particularly through plastic recycling, RECOM successfully received a “Plastics Recycling” permit for the first time from the National Center for Waste Management, which can be renewed yearly.

This accomplishment reflects the dedication and commitment of Napco National to Sustainable Development Goal #12, “Responsible Consumption and Production,” and Goal #15 “Life on land” bringing about a better future and a better planet that preserves and safeguards the environment.
