As part of Napco National’s endeavor to implement the best practices of internal communication, the Human Resources Department has recently upgraded its HR Mobile Application to provide a better access to corporate information and a faster way to communicate between colleagues. The application’s layout has been revamped for a more modern look and a more integrated content.

Both appealing and practical, the improved App introduces a new corporate culture platform that allows existing staff and new recruits to explore key information about the KSA’s cultural norms, including important guidelines on working and living in the Kingdom.

The App still includes a comprehensive corporate database. The updated version, however, now gives users access to travel offers, trip discounts and corporate travel packages throughout the GCC region. There is also a section for greeting cards, which can be shared for national holidays.

Mobile technology is continuing to change the way people connect and is reshaping the way organizations are formed, organized and operated. Napco National has also been playing its part in this ever-changing landscape. The objectives of the upgraded Napco National HR mobile App are threefold and help to amplify the importance of internal communication, boost interaction among employees and instill the values of Napco National.
