تؤمن إدارة المراكز الرئيسية في شركة نابكو الوطنية بأهمية وجود نظام إدارة جودة قوي لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي، وانطلاقا من هذا الإيمان التحقت جميع الوحدات الرئيسية لشركة نابكو الوطنية منذ عام 2018 بمشروع تأسيس نظام إدارة الجودة تحت إشراف قسم تطوير العمليات.
واليوم يسرنا الإعلان عن حصول نابكو الوطنية على شهادة ISO 9001-2015 ، والتي تشمل معايير الإدارة والشؤون المالية والصحة والسلامة والأمن ونظم المعلومات والموارد البشرية والشؤون القانونية والحكومية والخدمات اللوجيستية وخدمات البيع في جميع أقسام نابكو الوطنية وفق LRQA Audit والذي بدأ من 17 وحتى 21 مارس 2019.
تدرك المراكز الرئيسية في نابكو الوطنية أن هذا النجاح هو الخطوة الأولى نحو التقدم والتطور الذي تسعى للوصول إليه والإلتزام بتحقيقه.

Napco National central units established a robust quality management system.
Driven by Napco National Central Services’ Stakeholders belief that a robust Quality Management System is the cornerstone for Operational Excellence, all Napco National Central Units engaged since 2018 in a Quality Management System establishment project, steered by Process Improvement department.
Therefore, we are proud to announce that Napco National Central Services achieved the ISO 9001-2015 Certification, with a scope statement of “Provision of Administrative, Financial, Health, Safety, Security, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Governmental, Logistics and Buying Services” for all Napco National Business Divisions”, following LRQA audit which took place from 17 to 21 Mar-2019.
Napco National Central Services trust that this achievement is the first mile in a long Continuous Improvement journey that is strongly committed to pursue.
